Your Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for our customers – by phone and email
- Handle inquiries related to tariffs, SIM cards, top-ups, and technical issues
- Quickly find solutions to problems and document them in our system
- Work closely with colleagues in departments like IT and Sales
What You Bring
- You enjoy customer interaction and communicate clearly and kindly
- First experience in customer service or a call center is a plus – but not required
- You work reliably, independently, and with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent German communication skills (written and spoken); additional languages such as English, Turkish, Arabic, or Tamil are a plus
- You’re not afraid of tech – SIM cards and CRM systems don’t scare you
